The best way to learn a language is to grow up with it. That is why in our kindergarten “Kinderhaus Weltenbaum” we have been working with people with native-level English proficiency right from the beginning. In 2003 we started with the first group of 9 children. Today up to 60 children from 1 to 6 years play, laugh and learn in the “Weltenbaum” – close to their parents’ work.

Job characteristics
- You work in one of our three children groups together with the nursery/ pre-school teachers and spend the day with the children in English: playing, singing, telling stories and supporting the little ones in all their activities

Requirements
- English language skills at native-equivalent level (C2) are absolutely essential
- Basic German language skills are necessary
- Ideally you are a trained (pre-school) teacher. If you do not have specific training, first pedagogical experiences with small children will do as well, as in that case you will always work together with our nursery teachers
- Love and devotion for working with children in an age-appropriate manner is a must
- Furthermore, you should be truly convinced of early bilingual education
